Production and Enviroment
HXR was the first industrial plant in local district: centralized with mold design, metal and plastic manufacturing, and further assembly work. All above are the basis of the production in respect of the environment. Since the end of its construction, the factory has been visited by a lot of people operating in the sector, both Chinese and foreigners, who have been favorably impressed by the modernity of the systems and by the innovative concept that inspired its construction as well.
Quality Management
A good contract manufacturing supplier will have systems in place to check the quality of the products being produced. From the quality of the raw materials to production methods and part inspections, a good quality control program is essential for successful off-shore sourcing of manufacturing. Our quality conception goes on even when the order is delivered to our customer, i.e. on each packaging we apply a label where besides product code and quantity of the product, all useful information about production batch are printed. In case of complain this allows to trace the “story” of the batch involved in order to compare test Steab did on that specific lot and the to compare the result in order to clarify the reasons of the complain.Engineering and Inovation
